Atlas Educational Delivery/Freight Policy

Collection: Items can be collected at your school on the pre-arranged collection days or they can be home delivered if required. 

Home Delivery Charge: The Delivery Charge may vary slightly and is specified on each Book List. This includes packaging and delivery by Australia Post, via Receipted Delivery. You will be required to sign for delivery of your order. In the event you are not at home, Australia Post will leave a card advising you of collection details from the nearest Post Office. 

Delivery outside Australia: At this time we do not ship items outside of Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Orders to be delivered within Australia , once packed, should be received within 3-5 days. If you order multiple items and they are not all in stock, we will advise you of their anticipated arrival times, and seek your delivery instructions. 

Multiple deliveries for the same order: At this time, if your order contains items that are in stock and ready to ship as well as items that are out of stock and must be back-ordered, we will send the back-ordered items to you free of an additional postage or freight charge. This applies to Australian destinations only . 

Overseas orders: We will ask you whether you wish to have the total order held or pay an additional freight charge when the back-ordered titles come in.
