Atlas Educational Refund Policy

We are confident that our products/services represent good value for money. We are proud to guarantee every product/service that you purchase. Within two weeks of receiving an item, you may return it for a prompt refund of the original purchase price. Please note that any item which is returned must be in its original condition. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the item received is a result of our error. Please make sure that the original packing slip is returned with the goods, and that the goods are securely wrapped. 

Returns Policy (Retail Customers) 

Misbound or faulty goods will be fully refunded or replaced if returned with proof of purchase. 

All other returns are subject to the following conditions: 

1. Return within 14 days with Proof of Purchase. 
2. Goods in mint condition and no sign of use. 
3. Refund as per sold... Credit Cards, EFTPOS, Cash. 
4. Faulty Calculators are subject to warranty conditions. With Proof of Purchase they will be returned to the supplier for replacement or repair. 

If your original purchase was paid via our secure credit card facility, please provide the original reference document supplied by the bank during your purchase so that the refund can be processed. We do not require, or wish to know, your credit card details.
