Delivery & Freight Policy

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are charged per order, not item. Your delivery charge will be displayed on your booklist order. Charges may vary slightly for each order. 

Charges include packaging and delivery by Australia Post, via receipted delivery. 

You will be required to sign for delivery of your order. In the event you are not at home, Australia Post will leave a card advising you of collection details from the nearest Post Office.

School Collection

Items can be collected at your school on the pre-arranged collection days.

Delivery Times

Orders to be delivered within Australia, once packed, should be received within 3-5 days. 

Out of Stock Items

If your order contains items that are out of stock, we will deliver these items separately without any delivery charge once they’re available. This applies to Australian destinations only.

If you’re ordering from overseas and an item is not in stock, we can hold your total order until all titles are available. Or, you can choose to pay an additional freight charge to have the back-ordered titles sent separately.

Returns Policy for retail customers

  • Refunds/exchanges are given on TEXTBOOKS ONLY, and only in their ORIGINAL CONDITION (we will not accept books that have been covered or written in regardless of whether or not the wrong book was given)
  • Books will only be accepted for refund/exchange if they have been wrongly supplied (in original condition) OR if they are deemed faulty from the manufacturer (misprint or misbound).  Reasons such as changing your mind, subject drops or accidental purchases will not be accepted.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on stationery, study guides, calculators or on sale items unless faulty.

All electronic material (digital cards/digital subscriptions etc) are FIRM SALE and NON REFUNDABLE.

If your original purchase was made online and paid by credit card you will need to provide the original reference document supplied by the bank during your purchase (credit card details not required).

Returns policy for school accounts customers

Items can be returned for a full refund within two weeks of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in original condition. Please make sure that the original packing slip is returned with the goods, and that the goods are securely wrapped.

Delivery costs will only be refunded if the item has been received in error
